What is the check-in and check-out time?Check-in starts at 4 PM EST, and check-out is by 11 AM EST. Early check-in or luggage storage can be arranged with advance notice.
Is parking available on the property?Yes, guests can park on the grass area south of the driveway and in front of the privacy fence. Please avoid parking in the driveway in front of the entry gate.
Can I bring my pet?Absolutely! We welcome up to one small pet under 40 lbs in the Yellow and Peacock rooms. Please ensure they are not left unattended without prior approval.
Is smoking allowed in the bungalow?Smoking is not permitted inside the house. However, guests may smoke outside, provided they dispose of smoking materials properly.
Do you offer Wi-Fi?Yes, free Wi-Fi is available for all guests. Network and password details will be provided upon check-in.
How many people can the bungalow accommodate?Each private room in our bungalow can comfortably accommodate two guests. If you require space for an additional guest, we offer the option to add a third guest for an extra $10 per night. For this arrangement, we provide a trifold mattress pad, complete with additional blankets and pillows, to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests. This option allows for a flexible and convenient accommodation solution tailored to your needs.
Is there a kitchen available for guest use?Guests have access to kitchen amenities, but please note that the stove/oven is not available for guest use for stays shorter than 7 nights. 
Are there any restaurants or shops nearby?Yes, our bungalow is conveniently located near a variety of restaurants and shops. Plus, there's a convenience store just a block away for urgent needs. Check out our Tampa Heights Bungalow Guidebook to learn more about your stay and the Tampa area.
Can I book the bungalow for events or parties?To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, we do not allow events or parties at the bungalow.
What is the cancellation policy?We have a specific cancellation policy in place. All paid prepayments are non-refundable, and cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled stay are not eligible for a refund.
What does the accommodation consist of?Our accommodation consists of three meticulously designed private rooms, each offering a unique experience tailored to your comfort and relaxation. The Yellow Room features a double-sized bed with a plush Stearns and Foster mattress, the Peacock Room offers a queen-sized bed equipped with an organic Avocado Green mattress, and the Vintage Suite, a queen-sized master suite with a GelFlex Grid Purple hybrid mattress for unparalleled support. Each room grants access to a shared bathroom (with the Vintage Suite boasting its own private bathroom) and other common areas within the bungalow. These communal spaces are crafted to foster a warm and inviting atmosphere, enhancing your stay at Tampa Heights Bungalow with the perfect blend of privacy and community living.
